Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that both our patients and doctors are treated with respect and consideration.

1. Cancellation by Patient:

Before 24 Hours of Scheduled Visit: If you need to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, you can do so without any penalty, and a full refund will be processed.

Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Visit: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will incur a cancellation fee of 100% to compensate for the doctor’s reserved time.

2.  Cancellation by doctor:

If the doctor cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided. We will also assist in rescheduling the appointment if desired.

3. No-Show Policy:

If the patient is not available at the scheduled time and location for the visit, it will be considered a no-show, and a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

4. Rescheduling:

Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if requested more than 24 hours before the original appointment time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the visit may incur a fee of 50%.

5. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the cancellation request. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

6. Emergency:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation without penalties.
